Totally, you'd be able to interact directly with your supporters, make announcements and keep everyone updated with your progress, maybe even make a suggestions channel and pin every good idea there, there's limitless features that would make life better for you and your fans.
You could make the hand be invisible or make its opacity to be a bit transparent, kind of like a latex glove, or you could disable/enable burps & farts (one at a time, or make vapreon just grow, having a limit idk) Another thing, perhaps different fetishes and poses?
For example, sitting. The vapreon would lean forward while holding her tummy for farts, looking at the ceiling for burps.
The Vapreon could go onto its knees, butt in the air. Pat her back for her to burp. It should be fed first before flipping. For farts, you could rub & slap her butt. (since her face is away from the camera, so RacheltheRaichu's idea will come in handy.)
For fetishes, piss, scat, vore (new food, little people.) and more. (I'm only really into scat and farts, that's why I downloaded this game)
When we get too many features, turn the buttons into icons or turn into a menu.
Also start with a tutorial or controls for new fetish-lovers or whatever, come on.
with the talk about other fetishes, one that comes to mid is one I feel could be done whenever the ability to inflate her with water comes being a reason for the boobs exist, breast inflation, many in combination with some kind of item ya can make it so her belly doesn't inflate with them or for both inflate.
I was actually going to include breast interactivity and inflation in the first build, but it got complicated really fast. I plan on adding that somewhere down the line.

I'm cool that her belly is getting bigger now but I would like her whole body to fill up instead of her belly, I know it's a more complicated job but I encourage you to get it, thank you very much for the update.
considering that her face gets covered once at a certain size, if you're able maybe you can do what I've seen some comics do by having a speech bubble looking thing with the characters face on it to show what their expression was if you couldn't see it otherwise.

Side note since there seems to be no limit at the moment or if there is it's quite big, but I notice when trying to give her more fish at a certain size that it starts to collied with the belly rub/poke trigger an not let me feed her the fish unless I move it off her belly an then quickly swipe it to where her head is which becomes harder to do at a certain size. Can you add a toggle to keep this from happening that lets you enable or disable belly interactions when giving her the fish. also I saw your reply to someone regarding the idea of flipping her onto her belly give how big you can make her now that feature would be useful; arguably more so that the idea I gave but that can be a place hold for whenever you do add a toggle for that an possibly a zoom in/out toggle?

But quick question, how do i look inside Gamemaker files? (since you make it into Gamemaker files)

also make the bubble toggleable if its not to much work
make her face expressions change as her fullness
